Echinodorus horemanii f. bullate
The origin is not known, information about it is not found. Received in a package together with Echinodorus horemanii from Montecarlo-1 and Echinodorus uruguayensis Arech. under the name Echinodorus horemanii.
The name Echinodorus horemanii f. bullate is given to this plant for the unusual texture of the leaf plate for Echinodorus.
This is a very beautiful Echinodorus. It has a bright emerald green color. On the leaf plates there are swellings, which are more characteristic for a number of cryptocorynes, but not for Echinodorus.
According to the experience of growing Echinodorus horemanii f. Bullate in the aquarium is much smaller than other Echinodorus of the Horemanii group.
Echinodorus horemanii f. bullate has no special requirements in terms of keeping conditions.[1]
